What counts as a "detected commitment"?

Each commitment we find in your sent emails counts as one detection, for example "I'll send that over" or "I'll follow up next week." Generating drafts and marking items done does not count toward the limit.

What happens when I hit 10 on the free plan?

You'll see a clear message that you've reached the monthly limit. Your existing commitments stay visible and actionable. Scanning resumes automatically when your monthly cycle resets.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel instantly from the Stripe customer portal. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the free plan.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

The free plan gives you 10 detections per month indefinitely, which is enough to see Respondly working on your real emails before you decide to upgrade.
